"Incredible views of the volcano and lake! Super friendly and helpful staff. Loved the bird feeders, the window placements, and abundant viewing areas. Rooms are a little dated and sparse (a TV from two decades ago, erratic wifi, and lack of power outlets), but they were clean and comfortable. I would recommend bringing body wash if you don’t like small hand soap to shower with. The breakfast was decent, maybe a tiny step above a continental breakfast. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant for other meals though. It was pricy, mediocre quality, and didn’t taste great. Overall, I would recommend it and would stay here again."

"The staff is very friendly and the location is beautiful. The breakfast is buffet style and the quality is excellent ( fresh fruit and fruit juices, eggs that can be made to order, waffles, pancakes , baked goods etc) . The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very spacious. 10/10"

"So beautiful! Quiet spot with a comfortable bed and beautiful views. Caesar was amazing and helped us set up some tours and transportation. Next time we come, we will likely rent a car, as some cars didn’t want to go here because the road is very rocky. "

"The Inn is nothing short of fabulous. The location is perfect (totally worth the scenic but very windy drive getting there…just take your time and enjoy the ride!) and a great place to just sit at the pool and enjoy the incredible views or to take a ride and check out other areas. You get so much for your money there and they have a terrific restaurant and bar on premises. Cesar is a terrific host and a tremendous resource to recommend places to go and things to do. We spent 5 days at Playa Conchal and 2 days at La Mansion but I wish we had done the reverse and stayed in the rainforest longer. The sights and sounds are endlessly beautiful. "

"Unique luxury experience. We stayed with our two kids (6 and 9) and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The driver took us onto a real 4x4 off road experience whenever we were shuttled from the house to the reception/restaurant. The house had an amazing hot pool, fast internet, hot showers, a full kitchen, cosy beds, and the architecture of our house with its indoor/outdoor aspects could easily make it into some glossy magazines. Great hiking trails and all very private. Just wow. Thank you!"
