"Lovely hotel, room was a nice size. There was a mini fridge in the particular room type I selected which was nice. The hand soap and body wash that they provided smelt amazing and the bed was very comfortable."

"Communication was lacking with the host due to e-mail issues. I found this part of the process stressful as the reason for the trip was very important personal family reasons. VRBO were not much help and advised if we arrived and couldnt get access, to call them and they would make alternative arrangements. Hard to see how they would have rehomed 4 adults and a dog at such short notice. Finally got the access code from the host 24 hours before the trip. Upon arrival everything was as described and a very nice clean flat in really good location for our requirement being Old Leigh. Would recommend this flat, although if you have mobility issues the step into the living room / kitchen might be a problem. My sister in law who is in a wheelchair could not visit."
