"This property is set up for fun big group get togethers. The garage is hilarious, has a couch set up next to a really nice ping pong table. Total college set up. Plenty of open space to hang out, play poker, watch tv. The beds were all very comfy and we were shocked there was enough hot water for 10 showers a day, but there was! 3 showers and 4 baths is huge. Enough beds and couch space to sleep 8 comfortably if one is ok being on the couch, could sleep 2 on the couch 1 on the smaller couch in the kitchen area. Could go 1 on the garage couch in the summer so up to 11 or 12 people for sure if no one minds. The neighborhood is really nice, its nearby some sketchy places but this street and surrounding area is very safe. A 10-15 minute drive at the longest from most things in Houston. I would bring extra blankets if you have a large group and the pool and foosball table are very much not flat. "
