Only things that could be improved is weighted shower curtain so it's not a continuous battle for it not to stick to you! Add a pillow top to the bed so it's not like sleeping on a board! Other than that it's wonderful.

Hotel is beautiful but could use a dredging up. Room was comfortable but could use better lighting. The mattress was hard as a rock and the blanket was paper thin. However my fiancé & I hard a great time and we will visit the hotel again.

Nice facility. Only complaint was that there was what appeared to be soda splashed on the inside of the lamp cover and both of the coffee mugs had some sort of oily substance on them

Have stayed here before and was great. This time just ok. No toiletries provided and we when we asked the desk they didn’t have any and acted like they didn’t know what we were talking about. Also even though Expedia says room service there is not. We also did not get the VIP items we were supposed to. Also the restaurant is good but it allows you to order online but your really can’t. So even though you can make the order online and it tells you how long it will take when you go to pick it up they said they don’t do online orders you have to call.

The property is older, but nice. My only real complaint is paying $12 a night for parking.

Friendly staff, loved the architecture and decor. Was bummed as the balcony in our room was closed and shower water pressure not good but otherwise a great stay. Would return.

It was a good stay. Especially since it was after Christmas and the decorations were still up! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice pillows were too soft for me and the toilet and sink were not secured so they moved a bit. The patio was nice didnt use it cause its winter and it was raining. Overall we would stay there again! 😊

I booked this stay as at this location because it had a hot tub and pool. We were so looking forward to using those facilities. After we checked in and went to the pool/hot tube the hot tub was broken. Extremely disapointing.

A couple pieces of trash in the room from a past guest. Front desk people were really great though. Cool amenities but unfortunately the hot tub was being cleaned.
