"Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, Loved the wooden fireplace, The only complaint is despite me requesting an upgrade( eligible as an Expedia Gold member), our room wasn’t upgraded and they said they are sold out of upgraded rooms"

"This Inn was right in downtown Banff. Two blocks to retail and restaurants. The ski bus stops right in front of the Inn which made it very convenient to get to the slopes. It's not a luxury hotel but is nice and clean and a good value for the money. The staff was excellent and made sure our stay was top notch."

"Very friendly check in. Rooms weren’t ready but it was only 1 pm. They had one of the rooms ready within 30 mins which we appreciated. Nice coffee shop in hotel plus breakfast included was full of choices. "

"Nice hotel in a great spot. Walk to dozens of shops, restaurants and bars. Transportation just outside the door. Looks outdated a little but definitely worth the $. Breakfast and heated garage options are a plus. "

"We spent three wonderful nights in Banff, and loved the hot tub that the fox had! It was a great design, and very romantic! The room was very comfortable. The hotel was in a good location not too far from downtown, and the bus stop was right in front of the hotel. "

"Had a great stay. Great location for a family. The slides were fun and the outdoor hot tub was amazing. Loved the size of the room we had and the kitchen. We used the fireplace everyday and firewood was free. We will be making this our Banff home whenever we head that way! "
