Stayed for 2 day, we enjoy the stay, really quiet and safe. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

The property was convenient to the attractions we were in town for however, some (not all) employees at the front desk were more concerned with their personal conversations. We had billing issues from the start and kept being told they would talk to their manager to try and fix it ... never happened. Numerous chats with both Expedia and Hilton and Hampton and no one was able to offer resolution or provide consistent answers.

The property is clean but could use some updates as the bathroom and tiles are outdated and cracked...would recommend a coin change machine in laundry instead of going to Front desk

We had to wait for someone at the front desk to check in. Very unfriendly. Then they charged my card 2 times for incidental fee. 1 time upon checking in and 1 time checking out. Will never go back again

Room was clean & comfortable. Ran out of toilet paper day 2 because housekeeping didn’t replace roll/provide extra. I had to go down to desk to get more. 2 days later same issue plus our shampoo & conditioner were empty from day 1. Took 2 days complaining to desk to get shampoo & conditioner and asking housekeeping directly for TP to get more. Also the last 2 nights of my 6 night stay no flat sheet on bed. When checking out so waited at front desk for 5 mins with no staff member, left and came back to find him leaving the breakfast buffet with his food to come to the desk to check me out. In general 3 or 4 staff were observed frequently hanging out at the front desk eating popcorn. 1st world problems but annoying.

The staff was very friendly and respectful. The breakfast was exceptionally good and plentiful. The hotel is close to the waterpark and other activities family orientated . The hotel is also pet friendly which is a plus.

Rooms had no ventilation and everything always felt wet! No vent in bathroom! Carpet always felt damp. Hallway had no AC. Very hot and humid. Snacks were way overpriced! Free breakfast should have more varieties. Hotel wasn't that great but the employees were very sweet and helpful.

Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, and the breakfast made our stay even more worth it. Breakfast was hot and cold items. The dining room was very clean as well.
