"My stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague was delightful! The standout feature of the hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast – it was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. It truly set the tone for the day. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant decor and a warm ambiance. My room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. However, I do feel the reception staff could have been more welcoming during check-in. A more friendly and accommodating approach would have made the first impression even better. Overall, Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague offers a fantastic experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the city. With a little improvement in the hospitality at the reception, it could be absolutely perfect!"

"Good location - albeit being slightly off-centre, the tram connection was super convenient, only <2mins to the station. The room was clean and warm, but note that room does not have a kettle. Breakfast option was on expensive-side, and we ended up eating at nearby cafes which were all very delicious. The mini game station in the lounge was more fun than we thought. The staff speaks okay english, and although there were some occasions with difficulties in communication, they tried to be helpful all the way through. "

"What can I say about this hotel. Such a beautiful modern hotel. Lovely bright and spacious reception area. Three elevators that are very quick and regular. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was fab. Plenty of storage space and they even had robes and slippers. There was a safe which is always a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was great plenty of choice. The hotel was a less than 5 minute walk to Wenceslas Square. "
