We landed at midnight and called the hotel for a shuttle. Not only was the driver there in 5 minutes he was also the front desk clerk that checked us in. The gentleman was helpful and friendly!

The staff were wonderful. Everyone at the front desk was friendly. The cleaning staff were approachable and the person responsible for keeping the breakfast food stocked was friendly. The room was clean and the hotel well kept. If we were traveling to the area again we would definitely stay here.

I usually stay at Best Western when I go out. This facility didn't have what I found other Best Western like, no swimming poll, no garden or vegetation seems all concrete. At the time of checking in the Reception was not that cordial seems to me he has some kind of attitude problem. That's all.

Overall, a good stay. The facility is in good shape, you can tell they do their best to keep up with maintenance. Staff were kind. The AC gave off an experience of the filters needing to be change or updated but not a big deal. Fortunately, things were quite in the hotel, I love a hotel that honors quite hours.
