The associate was friendly and very professional. We had to upgrade to a suite, we thought it was reserved prior. It was taken care of. We had to depart yesterday instead of this morning due to personal reasons. Enjoyed the stay and comfort. Thanks and God bless

Ok place
Joe at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The property itself needs attention, updating and a good deep thorough cleaning. Not the daily kind, but much more! The room had a smell to it that was kind of hard to ignore. This property has great potential. The staff needs a nicer property to be in. They are working hard with what they have.

Good hotel clean and nice breakfast. the only complaint we had was the thermostat on the AC was off by about 5 degrees. It said it was 69 when it felt like 74. We set it at 64 and it kept us cool.

Staff gave our room number and a key to someone checking in at 2:00 in the morning. That was very scary. Also the next morning while getting ready a staff member used their key and just came on it. No knock on the door before entering. Also the room smelled bad and was not clean.

Our check in was very slow. The person was obviously new and trying very hard. A supervisor was also there but he wasn't really helping. He did thank us for our patience. We were in a room with a view of machinery in a gravel lot. UGH, Also the interstate was nearby and it was very noisy all night, The bathtub was very slippery and I almost fell.

This hotel allows dogs. The problems was an owner leaving an unattended dog that was whining. The staff was responsive but we didn't want to move after just checking in. when we came back with food the dog whining was gone.

Don’t call me “dear”
The manager when we checked in called me “dear” a hundred times and was incredibly condescending. Someone should inform him it is 2024 and calling single women with their child pet names is degrading, unprofessional and sexist. He also laughed when I expressed concern that my credit card was “on file” and said, “dear, that’s how it works when you check into a hotel.” Won’t be coming back.
