I was really impressed by the cleanliness, size of the room and breakfast at this hotel (based on the price). The beds were also very comfortable. I've stayed in much more expensive hotels that weren't nearly as good. I would definitely stay here again when passing through Watertown!

A very nice, clean, property. Breakfast was better than most. Staff friendly and Taylor was especially helpful with an issue on check in. The ac system in my room was a bit noisy.

The property, main areas, and room were SPOTLESS! The reception upon arrival was VERY friendly and helpful. The people working at the breakfast area were amazing, helpful, clean, organized and lots of variety offered for breakfast. Love the 24 hr coffee/tea station. The bed was super comfy and the room was VERY spacious. Only ONE suggestion for improvement: the fitness room has great equipment albeit smells VERY moldy. Noted 2 large water stains on the ceiling. This issue should be resolved. Would definitely return again to this property!

I appreciate a hotel that provides ample towels in a room that sleeps maximum 4 people! Encountered the manager twice, a front desk staff member, a cleaner, a grounds person and the breakfast staff member and every person was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very clean. Fresh coffee and tea abailable day and night, along with apples and bananas. The free breakfast was well stocked with variety for healthy eaters as well as the traditional breakfast eaters. Though the bed was too soft for my liking, the pillowd and bedding were comfortable.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. The property is very clean and safe which is extremely important to us. There are numerous restaurants and food choices in the area. The location is also great. My only recommendation we have is an expansion of the breakfast food options for increased consideration for those who do not eat pork/ham. The western omelet and maple bacon limits the hot food options greatly to just potatoes.
