I had issues with my key card and had to go back to get it scanned to have it not work again. A very nice cleaning staff helped me in my room and got my key card fixed for me.

We really enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was they placed people next door to us with dogs barked at everything & banged on the joining door.

Sheets had stains on them. Room smelled like the prior guest used tobacco products in it. Toilets were still dirty. We had to clean it ourselves.

Stayed 2 nights. Our door didn't lock when it closed. We were quickly given the option to stay in the same room and told it would be fixed or if we wanted another room we would be given one. We opted for another room which ended up being better in terms of the way it looked. The first looked very worn in. If you're looking for a place to stay that's quite, this is not for you. There is no insulation to keep sounds out. We also had housekeeping come by on our first morning knocking before 10am. There wasn't a door hanger for us to hang not to disturb. We were there for just a place to sleep, which is why i gave it the rating you've seen.
