this property was clean and quite. Not a place you would stay if you did not have other planned events to go to. It is not a hang around type of property. An overnight stay. In and out. Good for airline personnel or quick job related overnight stay. Close to airport and major highways.

Don’t stay here !!
This place was very mediocre. The cleanliness was horrible! I literally went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean! The showerhead was disgusting with mold, as well as the walls and the floors! There was some type of fruit flies coming out of the sink somewhere! Food splatter on the walls! The microwave was not clean! I was supposed to stay for three days and left after the first day and if it wasn’t so late at night when I got there, I would’ve found another location to stay!!!! On the website, it says it has a pool. Yes it does but the pool looks like it was never even opened for this season.. The gentleman who booked me in was very nice, but they need to definitely look into finding someone who can clean better!!! Needs updating!!

The room was reasonably clean and comfortable. The bathroom sink wasn't draining. The staff repaired it by the time we returned but it should have been noticed by housekeeping and fixed beforehand. The vent fan didn't work resulting in condensation on the mirror. The shower lacks a soap dish requiring constant stooping. Also, streaks in the paint and rust on some metal fixtures indicated a need for some repair/refresh.

Staff was great However, the property itself is a dump! You get what you pay for. Bathroom was dirty, ceiling falling apart, Sheets dirty had to be changed upon checking in. outside was rundown. Unless you have a small vehicle good luck finding a spot to park. In all I will not stay here again.

I wasn’t expecting luxury from this place but it was literally the most disgusting hotel I could not believe my eyes. It was beyond dirty. The towels had stains, the bedding had holes, the sheets had stains and worst of all…. My fitted sheet had brown foot prints right next to my pillow. I ended up buying new bedding and blanket because there was no way I could sleep there. I had booked 2 night and left after the first. Do not come here!!’ The bathroom had a bad stench and nothing felt clean. Windows didn’t lock and the key hole had duck tape over it… it’s not worth the price don’t come.

We stayed one night to get some extra time in the Cape before heading to the place we’d stay for most of our trip, and we were met with so much kindness and hospitality. Everyone was very helpful, and the room was very clean. We’d absolutely stay again!

It was pretty much what you'd expect from a super 8. The price is the best point. After one night, i did ask for the floors to be washed. They looked fine although felt dirty. Manager had them washed while i was out. Bedding was fine. I slept very good.

Super 8 bad hotel stay
The hotel is in need of repair the microwave Sparks when you use it when you try to take a shower and you pull up the stopper to remove it from from tub to shower the thing pulls out of the wall, the outlets half of them don't work. You can't open up the window shades because it's only curtains and the back window looks into somebody's yard and the front looks in the parking lot and everybody can see what you're doing. The first time we wanted to use the pool it had not been clean and was full of bugs and you had to have permission to unlock it. You also couldn't go to lobby to get information of things of the vents going on in the area cuz they kept it locked. Nobody was there were so old that the blankets were ripped. They only put two pillows on the bed where most hotels use for you'll be able to tell about the pictures that things wouldn't just pair. While they were scraping the paint off the ceilings on the outside of the building. They were getting it all over people's vehicles including mine and didn't even offer to take care of it. This is the West hotel experience I've ever had. The management was rude and tried to kick us out a day early that I had paid for which they ended up doing and you guys had to reimburse me for that day which cost my daughter some hours at work because she couldn't stay and do her job cuz she works on a computer for the CDC. I've never ever been so unhappy about being at a hotel in my life and their parking is totally ridiculous. When I aske It was away from my room instead of giving me the room right in front of the handicap If I were you I would take it

Pleasantly Suprised
Booked this last-minute on 4th of July weekend. Not much on Cape was available, and what was available was super expensive. I went in with zero expectations, expecting the worst. The outside looks like every other outdated Super8, but the room was super nice, the bed and linens were all new, the room was freshly painted and had a nice new laminate floor, and the bathroom had been recently refreshed. It had a new fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was actually a decent experience, and the check-in staff was super friendly. I will say - the pool looked clean and all, and there was some patio furniture around it, but it does not look inviting to swim. If they continue to improve this place on the grounds and outside like they have the rooms, it could become a first option and not a last.
