When we first arrived there was an issue finding our reservation because we had booked three different rooms but once it got resolved, everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed the experience. Pool and the playroom were great. They do offer breakfast for a fee. We had breakfast only the last day we were there which was okay. We stayed here for a party so we did utilize their spa makeup hair area. We only did the make up, which was great both my daughter and I had a great experience. I highly recommend it.
