No Friendly Greeting, No Smile, No Thank you. We felt Ignored. The person Chaz Sexton who Checked us in did not even make proper Eye Contact. He initially said we have to pay for the Room even though we had Expedia Prepaid Reservation and he did not Apologize or Acknowledge that he asked us to Pay again while Checking in. He did not give any information about the Hotel Amenities, he just made the Hotel Room and Handed over to us. I went again to the Front desk to ask a Question and this Time the Front desk person Chris was there and even though Interaction was quite limited, He was Not Friendly and Helpful as well. This is the Worst Customer Service I experienced in Recent Memory. Room was OK but not Comfortable. Room and Toilet needs Renovations and is Not in a Good Shape. Breakfast was also not Good. The only Positive about my Stay was the Morning Front Desk Staff Deanna Wished us Good Morning and she was quite Friendly and Hospitable and when I requested for Milk from the Breakfast Person, he immediately attended to my Request and he was Quite Helpful. Do yourself a Favour, Please do not Stay Here and I will also Not be Staying in this Hampton Inn Hotel anytime. I Sincerely Hope the Owner/GM of this Hotel looks into how they can give Adequate Training to their Employees for providing Excellent Customer Service and Spend Money on Quality of the Breakfast and Renovations of their Hotel Rooms. Thank you for Asking for my Feedback.
