Staff was excellent-from the valet parking attendants to the front desk - to the cleaning staff Hotel was clean, comfortable bed, clean linens & convenient to many retail stores and nice restaurants- it’s so nice to experience White Plains during the holidays- everything is walkable - would recommend this hotel to anyone

I was so genuinely pleased by this hotel. The entire aesthetic is very, very rich. The staff are absolutely fantastic (from valet to the front desk.) I was shocked at how spacious my room was. It included a perfect office area, a huge marble shower, and everything seemed brand new and most definitely immaculate. Great parking situation, great location. HIGHLY recommend!!!

They did not give my 82 year old dad a room next to me despite me booking his reservation under mine over a month ahead of time. Upon arrival they said they couldn't accommodate that. They also didn't have any shower bench or chair for him and his balance is poor. The female front desk clerk was not very nice. Had to ask for housekeeping 3 times before someone came. Would not return. Best part is Drybar is a few steps away if you have an event! But room is very dark and mine had no full lengthmirror.
