What I didn't like was the fact that the bed was extremely worn out. Needing replacement. I mean when we got into bed its like we fell into a big center hole. I couldn't sleep in the bed due to a bad back, instead I slept in one of the chairs that was inside the room. I did ask for a different room but never heard back about changing rooms. The clock in the room was not adjustable due to no battery backup, it just kept blinking had to pull the plug, the TV was ok wish I had the program guide providing what stations were available. Nearby store (Safeway) closed around 8 pm. Only places to eat were either at the local truck stops or the Pizza Hut. The small town rolled up the streets early. The property could have been a little more cleaned up. Trash was found on all walkways leading to the lobby. Noises were absent from other guests. Staff was kind and friendly, breakfast was ok Orange juice machine was broken. Otherwise the room was adequate for a 1 night stay.

The hotel was very comfortable and everything was very clean. I did have an issue with the service; i asked two times for a clean/dry bath towel and never received one.

Everything was like not verywell cleaned, you can see it clearly at opening the door. Sheets, bed cover and towels had dark spots of grease or dirt like if they were used. Breakfast was awful in taste and presentation. Bathroom in the lobby was out of order, there was no water in the kitchen sink. If we had arrived earlier (we woulded looked for another place).

easy off and on the freeway. Fairly quiet since very few guests were using the hotel. Breakfast was good except the juice machine was broken. No stopper in bathroom sink, no maintenance guy on duty after hours. Table was pretty scummy on surface. Chairs were about to break as you sat in them.

We arrived at the rooms and one had a customer in it, so the room was switched. The room was dirty the shower had the last customers hair in it, the sheets had blood and other substances on them, and 2-3 inch cockroaches and crickets. Also, both rooms had the 2-3 inch cockroaches and were dirty. Management refused to do anything for us, because we didn’t book our rooms through them. This was truly a Cockroach Hotel.
