Great location and nice hotel. Disappointment at housekeeping despite staying 6 nights they were too busy to make beds and replace towels even after we requested it. We were able to change towels ourselves, they seem to put emphasis one one night stays

We loved the hotel! We stayed here to ride the train up to the Canyon. Our room was very clean and tidy and the beds were super comfy!

Such a big hotel with only one elevator. No cleaning if you are are staying multiple days. Front desk staff was not that helpful when asked for information. Swimming pool, gym at other end of hotel with not clear signage. Over priced for what is offered.

We loved our stay at this great hotel, the public areas are glorious and our room was excellent. Sadly we had to cut our stay short as one of our party had difficulty breathing at the altitude. The staff were helpful but were unable to provide a much needed wheelchair when requested.

Nice hotel in a great location. Everything about this hotel was great except for the worst pillows. They couldn’t be any harder and more uncomfortable. Why not provide soft pillows ?

Very conveniently located next to Grand Canyon Railway Depot. However, the exterior doors with handicap access (no stairs and ADA-compliant auto-open doors) are very few, and handicap parking spots near such doors (and near ADA rooms) is extremely limited.
