Good stay at a great price
We had a very nice stay for an excellent price at this hotel. The breakfast was good (especially the breakfast burritos they served one morning!), and my daughter ans i enjoyed using the pool.

Good deal for a night! There must be a lot of maintenance going on because there was a lot of holes in the ceiling and walls where pipes or hvac needed to be accessed. It felt weird to have so many holes in the walls and ceiling with no notices from the maintenance crew. Breakfast included almond milk which was really great! We never see non-dairy milk options at hotel breakfasts.

Do not stay here! I checked into my room, the TV didn’t work. Then I got moved to another room, the sink was clogged and filled with dirty water. Maintenance fixed the issue but then I discovered that I didn’t have towels and washcloths. The next day, cleaners came to the room, didn’t replace the towels and had to call for toilet tissue. I never had two things that matched. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the breakfast is dreadful. There are literally holes in the drywall. The floors are not clean and overall the property is in need of a serious makeover. Yes, the location is very convenient to the theme parks, but definitely not worth the time nor hassle.

I really wanted to love this hotel because the staff couldn’t be friendlier! However, the room was very musty and humid, and the carpet was damp as well. The stairwells are dirty and smelly. The breakfast had expired yogurts two days in a row. My kids did love the pool, and we did appreciate having 2 separate sleeping areas. But would not stay there again.

The place is okay however, the beds, sheets were very old and mattresses are in desperate need of replacement. The springs were painful to sleep on. The place felt sketch but the entire area is historic.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very polite and courteous. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Having breakfast each morning was also a delight.

It was an older property, so the door would stick, there was water damage visible and a light was burning out and flickering to the point we just didn’t use it. It was a decent breakfast and the staff was both friendly and helpful.

The staff were helpful and professional. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good for my tastes. The parking lot has some large potholes that need to be repaired. Overall the my stay was fine and would probably stay there again.

We Will not stay here when we return to Williamsburg in October. First it was dirty. Then Every time we used our shower water came out of the bottom of the wall connected to the tub (never seen anything like this ). You could tell it was like this for a while. The plaster was falling off and rust was on the metal frame. We took a few photos. Had to use all the hotel towels to dry up the floor.we ask for more towels twice never got any. Luckily we had some clean beach towels in our car. Also went to use the ice bucket and it was wet and moldy inside. Also have photos Very disappointed with Radisson Hotels Always had nice stays with this hotel chain. Just not so sure what to think.

Great service, good stay
Francis at the front desk was terrific. Room was comfortable and was pretty clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. Good breakfast. Excellent location, really close to Busch Gardens. We’ll be coming back next time we go the Busch Gardens.
