The shower curtain was old and slightly torn, the microwave was old and not powerful. The refrigerator/freezer was old and not defrosted. The hotel is owned by a big family with a lot of little kids who were running around the lobby and in the parking lot. I almost drove over some toys, the kids bike and a basketball were in the street in front of check-in desk. The a/c worked well, the TV was nice. They had hot water and clean towels.

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap. Unsafe area. Someone knocking on our door at 7am. Ppl sitting in the stairwells. The family that owns the hotel sits out front like it’s the ghetto. Filthy rooms, smell like smoke.

It’s the type of place that will give you ptsd about roaches on you at night. The carpets are so dirty they are sticky. And the paint is peeling on the tubs. I killed 20 roaches every morning just in the bathroom alone. Flies spawn out of seemingly nowhere. The staff was halfway decent but you can tell they been through it with the traffic through there. In the middle of nowhere next to a highway

The room was clean and nice looking. Bed was comfortable. Ac worked perfectly. I just didn't like the outside. The property wasnt as clean. They provide housekeeping while your gone. But I enjoyed my stay there overall. I would come back again.

A good stay overall, the night life is a little busy late at night. the area itself is convenient to Williamsburg and surrounding “to-dos” and seems safe for family trips.
