The small kitchen was fully equipped unlike other hotels that just have the basics. Clean, Friendly Staff. Pool wasn't open, but that was ok with us since we had already gone to a Bigger Waterpark all day.

WATER PARK ONLY OPEN FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
The hotel and room was clean. Many maintenance issues.... hot tub jets don't work, as of 10/25/24, no vending machines and.... THE WATER PARK AND HOT TUB ONLY OPEN FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ONLY.

Limited staffing for checking in there was only one staff member. However the staff was very courteous, professional and patient. The rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing "out of place" was the typical Wisconsin lady bugs and such looking for warmth.

There’s not enough space to type how terrible our experience was! Long story short we left 2 min after seeing the room! When we went to return the key and tell them we’d rather sleep on the ground outside we found about 30 other people in the lobby all requesting refunds not to mention they had to call the police and shirffs to calm the anger crowd down!!!!

The waterpark only opens 2 days a week. I didn’t get the upgrade for room I paid for. The toilet seat was broken. Furniture is very old. Landscape is not nice and neat. There are broken windows. The waterpark water is very cold!!!! No pool towels.

Absolutely terrible!! Save your money and DO NOT stay here. We had a reservation with a king size bed that was already paid for and the hotel gave our room away and wanted us to accommodate and takeva different room. No apologies, no offering a compensation...NOTHING!! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! No idea how this place is even open. There was a line of 20 people waiting to check in. We were towards the front of the line at waited 45 minutes just to be told they didn't have the room we reserved. Take my advice to heart...DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The website for this property needs to be updated. They should let people know that they do not have the Amenities that they are advertising. Upon check-in, you could not understand the clerk behind the counter. When we got to the room, the sheets did not fit the beds. One of the pillows had dried blood on it. There were two chairs by the table that were both broken. The one lounge chair was filthy. The TV had no local channels and only half a screen.
