"One of the best hotels in Kraków. Stayed with my family and baby. As a gay family we were treated splendidly. I booked rooms for friends and my inlaws. Rooms were superb. Had a little bit of an issue with noise the one day and was annoyed with a rude receptionist but the fantastic Manageress Jana/ Yana stepped in apologised got an update on works done, offered a room change with upgrades. But as she managed to resolove problem we remained in our rooms. Breakfast staff were lovely to...."

"Amber Design Residence is a wonderful boutique hotel, we were able to enjoy their hospitality for 2 nights in Old Town. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. It is in a great location on the outskirts of Stare Miasto, just a few minutes' walk to the main plaza and a nearby shopping mall, with all of the associated restaurants and shops. Checking in and out was quick and painless. We ended up having to park off-site in the mall parking lot, but it was just a few (10) minute walk. Instead of going in and out of the parking garage, we simply parked the car and then used public transport for our entire stay."

"Stayed at this hotel previously, slight distance away from Krakow but wasn’t an issue as we were visiting Auschwitz by vehicle. The hotel has a small pool which gets busy due to the size of hotel and the changing area is very small (Ideally get changed in room and go to the pool in a towel). Positive points were that the hotel staff are friendly, breakfast is great, location is ok and the room had 2 double beds which was a welcome relief for my daughter who been on sofa beds for the previous 5 nights in Zakopane. Would definitely recommend."
