Upon checking, the hotel was quite fully booked for the room type we booked, so the staff gave us a free upgrade to a higher tier room so that our rooms can be side by side. Highly recommended!!"

"Very helpful concierge and door man who went out of their way to help us with directions to our destination . And he actially went out of his way to provide us wirh two cans of drinking water as it was a sunny day! The person who came up with the idea of dessert after dark at the lobby lounge deserves a pat on the back. The coconut with milk was superb and with a live duet playing in the background, it was a fantastic way to wind down for the day after a full day of exploring and shopping. "
