Excellent and welcoming guest services & a yummy breakfast. Very quiet, clean and well maintained property that is conveniently located near the interstate, service stations, restaurants, and shopping. Our room was nice also — a comfortably large standard room with plenty of storage and a roomy bath area. There was also a pool and fitness center, but did not take time to check them out.

The hotel shows a little wear and tear in common areas but that’s to be expected. The room was very clean and spacious, the staff were excellent, the breakfast was great. What more could you ask for? Also lots of plugs along the back of the hotel to plug your charger in.

The Best Western Plus Woodstock Hotel & Conference Centre in ONTARIO was fantastic. I don't know how the Best Western Plus Woodstock Hotel & Conference Centre in NEW BRUNSWICK was as I did not stay there. When looking on the EXPEDIA website for rooms in Woodstock Ontario, it listed the Best Western Woodstock, Ontario as one of the hotels. When I set the dates for my stay, it found availability on the selected dates. But it failed to indicate that it switched the location of the hotel with the exact same name to a different Province over 2000 km from where I requested a hotel. When confirming my booking, the name of the hotel took up the majority of the screen and the smallest font was given to the address. Very Unlike how it appears on this review page. That would have been easily noticed and corrected. It wasn't until I attempted to check-in at the hotel in Woodstock Ontario that it was pointed out to me that the reservation was for New Brunswick. Also, this was well past the refund time for the booking. An hour on the phone with Expedia, mostly on hold, failed to refund my credit card payment. But my solution to having to be more diligent with Expedia bookings is to use the Hotel websites directly for all my future bookings and not to use Expedia at all.

Good hotel for travel stopover
The hotel was located in a great place. It was close to the highway and also places to get food to eat. The breakfast buffet met our needs and there was enough sitting space. The staff was friendly and helpful.
