We stayed in a king suite that included a jacuzzi tube. By the 4th night, we noticed a brown ring around the tub, so obviously they don't clean it every day when they change the towels. Hotel was quiet all week until the weekend when it was invaded by several families (assuming) of kids who spent their time running up and down the 3rd floor hallway. Friday nite we let the noise pass but lodged a complaint Saturday night and were told that that nothing could be done about the noise until it was after 10 p.m. I told them that I wanted a refund of my $200 per night for Saturday because I certainty didn't pay for the noise. I was told that I would need to speak to management who conveniently took Saturday off. I realized Sunday morning that it is only a 3 star hotel so I can't really expect much.

I’ve travelled for work for over 30 years. Almost every hotel has segregated an area for non-sports team guests when they have teams staying there. This hotel did not and children were running wild in the halls and screaming, playing, etc until 10pm. Otherwise, it was very nice and the breakfast was great.

I checked in on 11/14, there was almost no other guests and I was given room right by the elevator and over the front door.. the next 2 nights there were 7-10 year old kids running up and down the halls and knocking on my door and running away…..I generally love this hotel, but this time was miserable.
