The covered sound front porch of this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower duplex known as “Low Tide” is the perfect setting to enjoy Banks Channel sunsets and boating activities. The beach access is just steps away from the rear of the property and there is a private sound front beach that reveals itself at low tide. Enjoy a private beach picnic as boaters and sea life pass by!

This popular vacation rental features private decks off the master bedroom overlooking a quiet wooded street as well as a sound front deck that has partial views of the Intracoastal waterway - a great secluded spot for those in need of some rest and relaxation! The primary bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom and direct access to the deck. A hall bathroom services the two guest bedrooms, both of which are furnished with two twin beds. The hallway door can be closed to separate the main living area from the sleeping quarters, which is a very thoughtful and convenient perk to reduce noise transfer for families with little ones that go to sleep early or groups with early risers!

There is plenty of space in the open concept living and dining area for everyone to spread out and kick back enjoying the sun all day. The additional kitchen table is a bonus area for fun family activities like card games, puzzles or hosting a few extra dinner guests.

This home is a great get away spot that has been treasured by fisherman, boaters, and families for years! For groups and families that need extra space, reserve the upper unit “High Tide” for a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This unit comes with a boat pulley for tying up a small boat. The dock and boat slip is not included with this rental.

The property was clean, but a bit dated.. I thought it was directly on the sound, but there is a road in between. It was a little noisy, but we were only there for 2 nights. Everything we needed was there.

We felt like our property was very well reflected in the listing. It was very clean and in a great location. My only recommendation would be to considering changing the mattresses. We tried all of them and they could use an upgrade ;)

Great location but
Lights should be changed for steps and grilling to direct not motion sensors. Need to trim back in front sound side to open view and safer backing out on sound side. Most definitely get new grill totaly worn out grill top didnt fit. Some pans still had food and egg on them. Up grade mattresses if could. Location was great! Noticed alot of wood rot at bottom of bedroom doors on to porch sliders on each side chunks fallung out. Other than these things it was okay owner needs to spend a little money. Weber grill about 90.00 bucks would go along way considering what you spend. Would go back if some of these things could be addresed ! VRBO should be making some of these suggestions things ware out after a while have to stay updated not all about just the money dont let your asset go down the beach is not the only driver.
