"A very excellent hotel with excellent service. If you get a room that overlooks the bay the room is very large. For people who do not wish to eat at the restaurant which can be a little pricey there is a McDonald’s and a large selection of dining close by. The hotel is very near the cruise port for those taking a cruise. The hotel does not have a shuttle to the cruise port, but they arrange a taxi and the price is approximately six dollars. you could walk to the Chinatown area of Yokohama and approximately 3 to 5 minutes."

For guests who are jet lagged and have sleeping roommates, the 7th floor is a great place to hang out and read a book, watch TV, grab a snack and a drink, etc., in a very comfortable place. We also had a super rainy day and fortunately the hotel had plenty of extra umbrellas for guests who were caught without one.
