The room was dirty, management failed to let us know our original room was booked and we no longer could stay in the suite. The wifi barely worked. Despite signs in the building and the website saying there would be free breakfast, there was nothing. Our blanket has a cigarette hole in it and the key to the room stopped working more than once.

There was no spa in the room and it was closed down and absolutely filthy. I hurt my shoulder by the curtain rod falling down. I also had to deal with the manager waltzing right into our room

The lady that checked us in was very nice. The area was horrible. Later found out by others not to be out after dark. When we woke up, 2 doors down a dead body was found in a room. Got out as fast as we could after the police cars moved so we could leave.

The cops were there off and on bc Ppl were fighting and screaming in the hallways all night long . The sheets were dirty with crap on them. The pool was so dirty we couldn’t swim in it. They asked for a $50 deposit for a crap motel.

I sincerely do not recommend this hotel. The area was very uncomfortable. Not clean. Stained cover on our bed. Received 2 phone calls in the middle of the night of some guy with really inappropriate comments. Told the lobby guy he just said oh. Keep your phone off the hook. Cool solution but we felt really uncomfortable after that.

What a dive! Dark and dingy . They use Papa John’s gift cards as the key to get into your room. The AC was broke so they had a portable unit in the room with a huge horse that went out the window, so I couldn’t close the window and I was on the first floor when I looked out the window, there were shopping carts And junk . Breakfast smelled good, but I wasn’t about to eat there. The furniture was old with knicks And holes in it. Good thing I just needed a couple hours sleep before getting back on the road. This place should be condemned!

rear side exit door broken was left open all night overflowing trash can on exterior of building what appeared to be dried blood and urlne on bathroom wall the indoor pool did not open until 2 pm the promised hot breakfast was ONLY COFFEE no milk, cereal, bread or anything the manager had muffins behind the service desk and would only allow one per person

The clerk at the front desk is extremely disrespectful- Go with exact cash for the deposit because they don’t have or make change and if you fall for the jacuzzi room don’t because there is not one on the property

Molded Hotel
The hotel was ok for the money. However when I got in the room and used the bathroom I noticed mold in the bathroom ceiling. I told the person working the front desk he said he knows they need to paint over part. I asked for corporate number and he said they are not corporate. I asked for franchise and he said to google it, and do whatever I need to do. I will be contacting Ohio State Health Department.

It was supposed to be non-smoking but had a strong cigarette smell and had burns in the curtains. The bathroom door was broken, with a huge hole in the back of it, like it had been punched. The shower curtain was covered in mold and dirt. The carpet had stains all over it. In no way did the room resemble any picture that is posted to their website.

We won’t be back. You shouldn’t go.
The two of us were given only one keycard. But that wasn’t a problem because the door to our room was already open with the deadbolt set so the door wouldn’t close. Next is the dude who checked us in, treating us like we were going to break their rules, and how much it would cost us. Even so far as to tell us that if we smoked outside, we should walk around outside for five minutes afterward so that we didn’t bring any smoke smell in with us via our clothes. Really? The place advertised that there would be complimentary breakfast in the morning, but there was none.
