Front desk was rude and wasn't helpful, ask to be put closer to friends that are disabled and we have met there for 4 years, we play cards and eat together, and was told only manager could change rooms, we were placed opposite ends of hotel. Our room door didn't open until 4th time going front desk, we didn't get our wake up call. One good thing was maid was very nice and helpful.

Close to interstate and restaurants. Clean, and king bed was comfortable. Rooms have been updated with new carpet. Bathrooms are dated and need a facelift. Overall a good value and I would stay again.

The room we had over half the light switches didn’t work and one of the ones that did work the lights would flicker on and off the hotel is really outdated and needs upgrades

Immediately after booking, I called hotel and requested that our reservation be with room preference. For 4 yrs we have met there with friends from another city. Kinda a mid point for us both. I requested adjoining rooms. They said they couldn't but to request at check-in. I did and they said they could not do it. Our friends also requested after booking and had same response. We ended up at opposite ends of the hotel. And both parties included disabled patrons, so walking distance was critical. Will never stay at another hotel in that chain, even though independently owned and operated.

Staff was outstanding!!! Room was clean, and comfortable. Usually quiet, had a frw nights when neighbors were a little noisy, but not outrageous. Breakfast was good, loved the pancake maker. Only downside to stay was thay had to decommission the hot tub.

We were in a handicapped accessible room, which had no towel racks but the towels were on the grab bars. When the room was cleaned, the towels we hung on the grab bars to dry were removed and folded. Not a problem, except our towels were now mixed up and we couldn’t tell who used which. There is no area to place items to be used in the bathroom. Overall not bad but not a great room either. The bathroom door, a pocket door, would stick and was difficult at times. A different room may have been better. Staff were pleasant and it was a clean place to stay.

Very reasonable priced with everything you need. Stayed 4 nights and for the price it was budget friendly. Its not the Taj Mahal but your not paying crazy prices ether. Few minor issues and staff was prompt on addressing the issues. If you have an issue, problem or concern just reach out to staff

Not as expected from the ratings. Little things adding up. Bathroom wall needing repair. Vent half loose. Tv too dark and blurry. Missing sitting chair as shown in listing. Dirty coffee cup lid. Mirror backing coming off leaving discolored streaks
