Check in was somewhat slow though the lady was nice. The room smelled like smoke. There were dead bugs in the corner. There was old food and drinks in the refrigerator. There were hairs on the bed spread and the toilet seat. There were cracks and dirt on the bathroom floor. The bathtub faucet was a constant unstoppable stream. My daughter's socks were filthy after running around in them for an hour. The bed sheets had hair in them that wasn't mine or my daughter's. The bed wasn't uncomfortable though the claim that it was a queen sized bed is untrue. Also, there were only three pillows - two of which were half sized; something I'd never seen before. The breakfast wasn't bad and the young man who seemed to be taking care of things seemed to be constantly replacing/replenishing one thing or another. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the room. I'll certainly think twice about ever staying at a Best Western again.

Ive stayed here before last summer and place was good then but this stay the place has deteriorated in the last year. Front desk woman said the owner is letting the place run itself into the ground since they are going to be building a warehouse there so whatever is broke is not gettibg fixed . The overall stay was fine just not worth what they are charging

This properly is being torn down in April of 2025. It's not being very well maintained -- there was no AC in the hallways or common areas, making it ridiculously hot and humid everywhere except your room. There were also some odd smells present in the halls as well. The room was relatively clean and the AC unit there worked well; however, we found a spent coffee pod in the machine which was kind of gross. The toilet seat was also left up... hopefully after being cleaned.

Needs a cleaning
Hotel needs a good cleaning. The hallways are filthy and carpet stinks. Looks like they didn't sweep the halls. The runs not as bad. But they need some loving care to them. Ceiling in bathroom had a water leak at one time and looks to be falling in. Bathroom door was broke. But the start in the run was fine id sleep there again if I needed too. Breakfast was not good. Wish I didn't force it done and just ate somewhere else.

Had to get a refund messy dirt everywhere in the hallways , when I walked in the room the beds were flipped and there was a terrible odor. Ended up going Nextdoor to Hampton in worth the extra 50 bucks.

It's okay
The room was large and clean enough, and the location decent, but a few things were off. One of the bedside lights worked only when the overhead light was on, which was baffling. The fire alarm went off accidentally, but I had to go to the front desk to find out what was going on -- a nearby employee said he would but never returned. I'm not sure what would have happened had there been a real fire. The phone in the room didn't work. The card reader on the entrance door nearest our room stopped working. Any one of these wouldn't have been a big deal, but all of them were quite annoying.

First of all, the staff arethieves the front desk lied to me and told me I can get my refund for the last 2 days.I did not stay so they must have sold my room and put the money in their pocket. And told me all I had to do was verify with expedia And then they told Expedia. I used my whole 4 days which was alive because I left on the 2nd day. So if they want to steal my money that's fine but I don't recommend this dirty filthy hotel to anyone. It's more of a motel.👎👎👎👎👎🖕
