Great location. The room was very spacious, but had a musty smell. Also the shower head was quite small, so the water was not abundant coming out.

Beautiful little B&B. As a group of 3 friends, it was hard to find bedding to accommodate us, but they did. I can't recommend for the disabled. While staff took our bags upstairs (no elevator), it was difficult to find someone to assist us with our bags at check out. I'd stay again if I can get a ground floor suite next time.

Hotels.com Misrepresented this Overpriced Hotel
Well, the hotels.com description was completely incorrect. The room was shabby, the staff was extremely unhelpful, the room was dirty, the bed mattress was soft and the sheets were rough. A porch light from the hotel shone through the windows--the view was of the parking lot. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at and it was WAY overpriced. Not happy at all and probably won't use hotels.com again.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean and well kept. The beds were so comfy and furniture was quality. Parking was amazing and we were able to walk to everything bar harbor had to offer! The location couldn’t be better! Will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know going to bar harbor!

Two nights in BaaHaaBa. Enjoyed the stay. Quite clean simple rooms. Not sure all rooms would be ideal as some appear to be right inside the front door but we enjoyed our stay on the 2 nd floor. Would stay here again.

Hotel is easily walkable to the waterfront, restaurants and shops. It's on a busy street but has parking in the rear and was still quiet at night. While the building itself is older, the room was nicely updated, clean and had what we needed. Front lobby offers some nice free juices, chocolates, snacks, etc.
