"Very nice stay. Unfortunately, the floor coffee/tea area was not well kept and the coffee wasn’t available. Had to travel to other floors to find coffee. Simple thing to fix, so, I hope they do because otherwise, was very nice hotel"

"I arrived very late and they granted me an extra hour. Both the gentleman who let me in at night as well as the two ladies who I interacted with during the day were truly kind and decent and despite my—perhaps—haggard looking condition, treated me kindly and with respect. The woman who helped me in the morning was especially patient and nice but naturally gave out a vibe that demanded respect and showed she was in charge, but in a professional and not at all overbearing manner. Let’s just say I was tired and not looking my best. I did my best to give her that respect she rightly deserved. I wouldn’t back indeed and next time use the pool and sauna, etc. Great little spot for the price and locale and I am truly grateful for the way I was treated and the experience in general. "
