"We were really impressed with this hotel. We stayed for one night when attending an event in Brighton. I received a phone call on arrival day from Jerome who was incredibly helpful, and even organised gifts for my friend who was celebrating her birthday during our trip. He also followed up afterwards to make sure we had a good time. The service from everyone at the hotel was exceptional, the room was clean and extremely well appointed, it was just a little warm during the night (even with air con - and this was February!) We didn’t try the restaurant. The lift directly from the Lanes car park was very handy too! "
