"The top floor balcony views of the area and mist of the falls. We enjoyed the New Year’s fireworks from there as well. We had an issue with parking because of our oversized vehicle, but the staff found a solution. They were kind and honest. We walked to American Falls from here as well. "

"When I checked in, the staff at the desk were not paying attention they were having a conversation about the moon and religion. The man the checked me into my room told me the deposit was only going to be $250 and would be issued back on my card after check out. He charged my card $284 not $250. When I got up to my room to take a shower the shower was broken. I had to come back downstairs and get another room. A week after checking out I still did not receive my deposit back and I have bills to pay. When I called hotel about me being over charged and deposit still not back in account they told me it was a system error and the system took my money. I rent a lot of hotels all the time and I have never had a “system error” take my money. Unfortunately I won’t be booking another room here again."
