Room was freezing when checked in, however after time it was plenty warm. Didn't like the plastic under the sheets, I understand why, but most places don't do that. Staff was very kind and friendly.

The staff was fantastic and friendly at check-in. Very helpful! The rooms are what you would expect. Beds and pillows are very well used and due for replacement. I would stay here again.

The room was horribly dirty when we arrived, including a skid mark in the toilet that was not from us! There was pee all over the seat as well.

Gave me a room. It wasn’t ready yet. They did allow me to check in early. Gave me another room right away and were totally great about it. Second room was totally clean. Great bargain place to stay.

it snowed 37.5 inches stayed sat 11-30, sun 12-1, mon. 12-2 parking lot DID NOT get plowed entire time we were there left Monday had to pack vehicle in knee high snow. excuse given to. unplowed parking lot should be unacceptable was. if we complain they may not come out and plow. Well they didn't come plow anyway.

They gave me a room, completely reeking of smoke. I had reserved a non-smoking room, the room was dirty the sheets had cigarette burns, the TV control did not have batteries , the hotel was very deteriorated, I do not recommend it not even the worst case scenario. Spend another 70 dollars more and you will have a much more decent hotel.

Filthy rooms
When we got to our room: i checked the bed out and found pubic hair on the sheet, dead bug on the bed, floor had dead spiders. I called front desk and the manager came and changed all the lines. When i changed the pillow case it had blood stains on the pillow . No shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. The manger and front desk was very nice but for $227 a night was so so not worth it . Will never stay there again.
