We were in the process of checking in, passing the deposit and looked through the window at the pool and the roof was leaking into the pool and paint was chopped and also the hot tub was green! Obviously not cleaned in some time! Expedia tried contacting them on several occasions and they refused to refund the money even tho we didn’t even complete the check in process! This is not good customer service! I understand things happen with pools and roofs however they should’ve just apologized for that and refunded the money! This will discourage us from ever going there again!

The hotel was nice, but was a smaller hotel with four floors. The staff were nice, and the breakfast was good. But what I did not like was that on Expedia a week before our stay, the price was great, and then when we got there the price on our artinuary was much more. I'm not sure why, but we went with the pay later option, instead of pay right away option on Expedia. Overall our experience was still worth it, and I will try Expedia again in the future, but with pay right away method.

One problem is that they charge a damage depisit, which is fine. But on check out, they couldn’t find it. That was done by debit card. So am waiting for the damage deposit to be processed!! I won’t stay there again

There was a hair in the bathtub and no way we could get bottled water. The machines and the tv were all very outdated. We were in a creepy basement and there were creepy guests. And there were also stains on the carpet
