2nd time staying there. Was great again! ( accept the hottub/ pool area closed for renovations but si understand) Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet! Clean and modern rooms with all the amenities! I will be back again next year!

, we attempted to check in after advising the front desk earlier to which they said was ok, then we couldn’t check in as it was a different person we dealt with and they gave our room away as it was well past the 3 pm check in. So we paid for a room that we couldn’t use and didn’t get much sympathy or help when I called. I will never use this hotel in the future, poor customer service and at the least they could do is reimburse us for the room. Thank you Merry Christmas Harold O’Donnell

I stated for one night, it was fine. The door was letting light into the room and made it hard to fall asleep, also it was so loud in the corridor. Very poor sound insulation doors and walls.

Staff Be careful next time
The hotel is fine, good, and worthy of the reputation of the Holidays Inn. BUT, I added 1 night, and we were told the next day that our room was reserved, and they move our stuff to another room. And they Forgot one thing. A simple thing, but a needed thing. Its lost now, also they could wait we return to the hotel so we move our stuff ourselves. Not feeling great someone else handle our things. So, staff, be careful when handling reservion on the spot. I cant get my missing stuff where ai am, and its a hard piece to find.
