If you are looking for a "nice" place, this isn't it. The room was long overdue for a refurb. We are talking pealing wallpaper, molding grout, cracked mirrors, broken tiles, baseboards falling apart. I did not dare touch anything in the room for fear it would fall apart, or I would catch a communicable disease. Oddly, the common areas are fairly nice. But the rooms are a horror show. I would comment on the staff, but I only saw them on checkout. Most times, no one was at the front desk. This place can't last much longer.

Carlyle for the win!
This is the second time we have stayed here and it is consistently great. Very safe area close to downtown Campbell. The hotel and staff are great and we will definitely be coming back again sometime.

Had to do an overnight trip for a Dr's appointment at Stanford, i choose this place because of its drive time to the dr office. Best choice i could have made! Clean, liked the covered parking, staff was friendly & the jacuzzi tub was a hit with my 7 year old. The only down fall was our room faced the busy road. Will be staying again.

Beautiful setting, well decorated, but very disappointing with the room: The main reason I chose that room in that hotel was the hot tub in the room, that wasn’t functional . I called the front desk, which was dismissive, and they offered send a technician a day after my check out. Incredibly disappointing

Beautifully furnished lobby, and my room was comfortable, with mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. There is a parking garage with an elevator that leaves from the lobby, so it was easy to load my car with a luggage cart. I would definitely stay here again.
