"We had an amazing weekend at the Pan Pacific! The accommodations were fantastic, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Greg from the maintenance/cleaning team, who truly went above and beyond. We were all set to go to dinner when a sudden downpour hit, and unfortunately, a large group had already taken all the hotel umbrellas. Just as we were considering canceling our reservation, Greg overheard our conversation and—without hesitation—ran to the maintenance room to find us a spare umbrella. His kindness and quick thinking saved our evening, and we couldn't be more grateful! It's that kind of service that makes a stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team at Pan Pacific—we'll definitely be back!"

"Great property, and superb customer service from all staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and concierge). We had to extend our stay by two nights, and Richard at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we could stay in the same room. The Westin felt like a home away from home, from the amenities, up-keep of the property, location, and attention to detail. Thank you to everyone, and we can't wait to be back next year!"

"It was a great family vacation to ski Whistler/Blackcomb. Blackcomb Springs Suites room was spacious and the full kitchen helped it feel more like a home. The ski in / ski out location was very convenient as my wife was not a skier so we did not need to have to rent a car. Use a Whistler shuttle service from the airport to and from Blackcomb Springs Suites. The local free shuttle service around town made it easy to get around. Would recommend Blackcomb Springs Suites to other"
