The room had a flea infestation. We requested a second room and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We checked out within about 20 minutes of checking in. The woman who worked the front desk did her best and was polite. No complaints about her. I did get a refund.

Just right for our stay over!
The lovely lady who checked us in was so polite, friendly, kind! We just moved to town and were unable to get into our place for a few days, and we picked the super 8 due to the location! It’s close to everything! And they gave us a room on the bottom floor at the edge of the building which is great for our little dog Destiny we had with us. The bed was comfortable, we slept so good!

Rooms are rented to people who need transitional housing. Although this is sorely needed in the Albany area it comes with a lot of transient behaviors such as trash piling up, late night gab sessions, public drinking. Didn’t feel that safe to me.

The room was dirty snd not kept up. The staff was nice and very responsive. This is the 3rd time having a sub par experience with an expedia resource. Due to multiple reasons i will not use Expedia in the future

Don't know if I had bad luck, but this place was not great and not worth the $$: room had a musty/funky smell, TV nonfunctional, charging station nonfunctional. A place to sleep but vastly overpriced for bare-bones service. (Desk staff lovely, room terrible.)

The hotel staff were very friendly especially the front desk staff. Maids were great although they made us count the lines used when exchanging for clean ones. Was very happy about having a microwave, refrigerator and free continental breakfast. The breakfast was decent typical fruits, cereal, yogurts, bread, and a waffle maker. Would have been nice to have bananas and bagels though. Theres was a pool and hot tub but no one was using it. It was a convenient location for fast food, an excellent food truck market next door, grocery stores, and nearby highways. Plenty of parking was available. Our only complaint is that the floors were filthy! My feet were black as tar from walking around in the room without shoes on. See picture! We addressed the issue with the front desk attendant who was the new owners son. He expressed that hia mother was the owner whom just purchased the hotel. In our opinion, we would like to suggest getting new carpets or getting them professionally cleaned. Other than that, our stay was great!

When we put the dates for our stay, the computer put the wrong dates, three times. We tried to change them to the right dates, and Super 8 would not do it. Expedia couldnt do it either. I will never use Expedia again. We had to pay for rooms we never used.
