"I really like the fact that the hotel is in the mall so I don’t have to go outside for the whole time I’m in Edmonton. Kids love the waterpark and galaxy land. The food court is great and having TNT in the mall is awesome! Very professional and welcome hotel staff. However, the hotel is quite dated and the beds are getting old. Mattresses should be changed. "

"Very comfortable stay here. Surprisingly quiet hotel room, very comfortable beds, lots of hot water. Front desk staff were fantastic super friendly and helpful. Ate in the area as well very close by to great restaurants and cocktail bars, quick uber or hop on bus over to Whyte avenue as well. Easy to get morning coffee too as attached to city centre mall with walkway connecting. "
