The sauna was out of commission entire stay.(one of the reasons I booked room. Pillows offered no support and bed were old and could feel the springs. Not one single person in family slept through the night. Considered checking out in middle of night. Only basic cable available on televisions with no option for chrome at or to rent movies. Balcony was terrible and felt like we were in roughest part of Edmonton. Don’t let the pictures mislead you. This place is extremely outdated and fresh paint does not hid the fact that this is the worst choice I have ever made for taking my family out to.

I will admit, from the outside, this hotel doesn't doesn't look like anything special. But we had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly at check-in, and housekeeping was quick to bring us extra towels & pillows. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic - legit, I have never had this great pressure in a hotel shower before. The beds & pillows are comfortable, and the heating/cooling in the room is easy to manage. Our room was large and had a little balcony - nice for getting some fresh air. The pool & fitness area are large and clean. The hot tub is actually hot, and the jets work. We had a microwave, keruig, small fridge, safe, and hairdryer in our room. We had free heated underground parking, which was an absolute plus. The only downside is that the room had no smart TV, so we couldn't stream Netflix etc. Just had basic cable.

This is our second stay at the Wyndham. We stayed in January 2024 and January 2025. They are still completing renovations. We stayed in a older room. The bathroom definitely needs some updating. There is mold that is starting to grow. And a few cracked tiles. However the hotel does it’s best to keep this clean and at a minimum. Some of their vents could also be cleaned due to dust buildup. Overall a good stay and would book again. All the staff we encountered was pleasant.

Great Service, Convenient location.
I stay here a couple nights a month so the service is always good as I have developed a repoire with staff. I always get late check out without issue, and they are flexible in my specific room requests. While breakfast is available at location it is not included in the usual rate unfortunately. Free underground heated parking as well as la large amount of outdoor parking. Most amenities nearby, restaurants within a quick walk.

Great location for vball games at saville centre
Rooms were large and clean. Location was great. Sauna was a bonus! Kids loved the pool. Would stay again. Wish there was food options in the hotel.
