"Attended for Event at O2- Very easy access and direct connection to hotel. Private and well furnished with access to bars, spa and facilities. Was upgraded on arrival which was a above expectations and was looked after by all that I encountered the Room was fabulous overlooking the O2 building and had a fantastic king size bed which was lovely, one of the best nights sleep! Exceeded expectations to include small touches as complimentary mouthwash, dental kit, mini bar , robes and variety of hot drinks to make. Breakfast was busy however always had staff looking after guests and no waiting, plenty of variety and choice on the buffet, great selection and no drama. Superb and thank you"
