"Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It’s modern, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a sense of space and comfort - perfect for unwinding after a full day of sightseeing. The layout of the room is cleverly planned, making it feel both functional and inviting. The amenities, both within the rooms and throughout the hotel, are truly top-notch. Everything feels new and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience of quality and care. That said, one area that could be significantly improved is the security. Currently, there is no access control for the gym or even for entering the hotel premises, which means that anyone - including passersby or nearby construction workers, could potentially enter shared spaces like the gym or the bathrooms/ toilets. This is particularly concerning as the gym includes male and female bathrooms with showers, raising safety and privacy concerns for guests, especially female visitors. Despite this, we would still return to stay at this lovely hotel, as everything else exceeded expectations. However, it’s essential that the security measures are upgraded to ensure a safer environment for all guests."

"Brilliant . Very helpful staff. Arrived late so no eating choice, and had to catch early flight but a perfect location . Shuttle was too long a wait so front door staff got taxi in 2 minutes ."

"Enjoyed this business hotel. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, room was decent size, price was excellent. Free coffee and breakfast in morning. Everyday they leave towels on the door including water bottles. It's in a great location by yeongdeungpo station and singil station. Easy to arrive one subway line from Gimpo airport to Singil. From Incheon airport you can actually subway to Gimpo then to the hotel for a less crowded experience. Singil exit 3 has escalators for luggage. Overall would stay again."
