When we returned to our hotel room at 1am our room keys would not work. Went to the front desk, got new keys, still could not get in. Front desk attendant also could not get it to work. Eventually it somehow got fixed but not until around 3am. Definitely not the way we wanted to end the night especially since we were up at 5:30am that day to drive to Toronto.

The building was great, decor was nice, room was spacious, but in the studio was only one chair and one foot stool ( usually two people occupying need more than one…) Breakfast was not tasty, powder eggs? come on… sausage taste artificial… Our room was facing a warehouse and around one am some people came to load some goods in a several cars…too noisy. constant humming perhaps from ac on the roof is not adding comfort. Next time we will stay on the second or third floor, maybe it would be quieter. Stuff was great though, cheering us up all the time. Location is good.Overall It’s a four star.
