The main issue we had was lack of hot water. They set temperature of the water heater quite low that water is barely lukewarm. When we complained, they refused to increase it. Property otherwise is okay.

This hotel is good, but the staff is not friendly. i came there empty, But they refused my request to change room from the 2nd floor to the 1st as my feet hurt, cannot use stair.

This motel had the rudest clerks, especially the one named Lavina. I froze half the night in a room that had a malfunctioning heater. I informed Lavina that next morning about the issue, and she proceeded to argue with me and snidely tell me that I can’t check into another room until they become available later that day.

The rooms are big and clean. The beds were comfy. Two things I did not like was there were no internet in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby. Lobby internet is slow so it’s not worth it. I did not have any service in Kayenta so this was a very huge Inconvenience for me especially if you are in a long travel. Another thing is that you can hear almost about everything the guests in second floor is doing if your room is first floor. I had a hard time sleeping and was very restless the next day. If you can plan ahead of time when traveling to the are, book a different hotel for these reasons.

Below average inn needing repairs
Rooms needs repairs with doors and windows having poor insulation. Beds are too noisy and queaks. Heater/AC makes noises and being on road and near gas station, lots of noises comes in night. Hotel was short of staff, one nice lady in front handles all check ins. No one was there to check us out, even room did not had basic things like microwave/ refrigerator and no showe gel. Restaurant was closed for season holidays
