"We had a great stay here! We booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom room. Just FYI the 2 bedrooms are on the ends of the buildings so if you want an ocean view, you'd want a 1 bedroom. We were on floor 1 so our lanai extended out to a nice grass area with a cute path directly to the pool. The only issue we encountered was our fridge was dripping water inside. There is no AC but we were given 3 fans prior to our arrival. With the stand fans, ceiling fans and windows cracked, you don't notice no AC! We had two kids with us and they enjoyed having access to the free storage closet of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. When we checked in, it was rather late and the office staff leave at 7pm. We were greeted by a very nice security guard, Mike. (i believe was his name) he helped us get checked in, showed us our parking spot, took us to our door and helped with luggage. Wonderful stay and we will definitely be back :)"

"The property and the managing group were great. On arrival we went to the address advised by Expedia only to find out that check in is a 10 minute drive away in a completely different location. After flying 12+ hours this was the last thing we needed, it was extremely stressful on members of the group (we booked 4 units) and was a very complicated and inconvenient problem to fix. The check in details need to be included as once we got to where we needed to go (yet another taxi) and then got back the place itself was great."

"My wife and I stayed six nights in the Kai tower. I highly recommend this resort. The hotel staff was excellent! The property is well laid out so that the onsite (somewhat limited) dining, multiple pools, front desk and other amenities are a short walk regardless of where you stay on the premises. Beach access is a five minute walk. Within a 5-10 minutes walk, there are several restaurants, bars, bakeries, food trucks and small eateries offering a wide range of food options. A free hotel shuttle provides transport and pickup to and from nearby Wailea which offers shopping, restaurants, attractions, and more beaches."

"We were surprised at the Beaty of Maui and the Fairmont property. It was so much better than the photos ! The stag were incredibly attentive , kind and so good at their jobs We will definitely return here and will also book Fairmont in the future as it is a smooth well run hotel "
