This property is amazing! It is close to the Malecon, restaurants,shops and very walkable. It also has an awesome roof top deck with pool and bar. The bartender Hector is the nicest guy and part of the reason with will definitely stay at Hotel Catedral when we come again. The bed was nice and firm, the shower was a beautiful walk in ( very clean) shower and it also had an outside porch. The breakfast which is included is amazing! There is so much food of all different types, so there is something for everyone. Also it runs from 7-11. We had gotten there late from our morning tour and they still let us eat at 11:15. The staff is so accommodating. I just can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

Hotel Catedral is so beautiful. The rooftop has amazing views of the church and city. Lovely seating area, pool and great bar. The courtyard with the glass elevator is a very inviting place to sit and socialize. The rooms are very comfortable. Comfy beds and large, modern bathrooms. Always my go to spot while visiting La Paz.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend. Perfect location walking distance to the Melacon and by many shops and restaurants. Very cute hotel that had very nice and clean rooms and a cool lobby. Rooftop pool/bar was great too. Staff were amazing. Underground parkade was very convenient too.

Lovely property in a nice, walkable location, next to a nice cathedral, near an art museum and the malecon. Many great dining options nearby. Easy parking under the hotel. Highly recommend! Would stay here again!

We found the Hotel Catedral a wonderful boutique place to stay while exploring the wonders of La Paz and its surroundings. Parking was especially convenient in a city where parking anywhere is a challenge. Hotel personnel were uniformly polite and caring about our experience in La Paz. Breakfast every morning in the courtyard was delightful and tasty. And the rooftop bar and lounge area was also quite pleasant and restful after a busy day out.

Lovely central hotel with great amenities. The complimentary breakfast is amazing with so many dishes offered — and they’ll even make you an omelette to order if you ask. Large comfortable rooms with a great shower. The hotel is right across from the Cathedral and those with rooms facing that direction will have a nice view. However keep in mind that the church bells ring on occasion, so if you want a quieter room, ask for an interior room. There’s a downstairs patio/bar and a rooftop patio/bar with a swimming pool. Highly recommend!
