Good and bad.
This is a great area of town close to restaurants, food market, and coffee shop. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very bare-bones and small. The bed was very hard. I did appreciate the fridge and the microwave though. The coffee was not drinkable really - plan to go the coffee shop just a door down from the hotel. The valet service was good, although our car did come back covered in mud! Very nice staff.

Room was small but expected. Hot water took approx 20 minutes then was just warm. Great distance to Disney concert hall and Grand Market. Easy check in. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad. No onsite parking. Had to valet park for $40 night charge. Will stay again

I had a man following me outside and into the lobby, the next morning there was a naked man in the street outside, staff were not surprised by my experience. The hotel itself was great, the area was not for a single woman.

Stayed there for 2 nights, I love that it’s close to a Metro Station. Grand Central Market is about a 5 minute walk for easy food access. Stayed in a room with two twin beds. Walls a pretty thin, I could hear the people next door talking. Overall a good place to stay if you’re already doing something in the downtown area.

Decent little place to stay
Place was totally fine. Not great. Not bad. Would stay again but mostly because the rate was reasonable. Staff were friendly. Location was good>great. Good food nearby. Quarters were tight for 3 of us but it totally worked.

Ideal location for city or county business and for the arts nearby (MOCA, Broad, Music Center. Excellent transit access. The location is noisy. The accommodations were basic and clean.

I appreciated the ability for a very late check in after our train was late. The 8am construction and hammering in the room below us made it impossible to sleep though. When I asked about the lack of hot water someone immediately came to help and it turned out I just need to let the water run because there weren't many guests. If that was the case, why did you give us a room in the only wing that had construction going on? The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again but now I know to ask about construction going on.
