Neighborhood Iis not the safest but I love Los Angeles and The Biltmore is a bit of the old elegance of this town. The staff is wonderful and the rooms cozy and elegant

Our room was spacious and nicely appointed, but all furniture, everything was quite old. Our bathroom faucet only had cold water, and the tv didn't display channels it was supposed too. Other than what I mentioned it was a regal building but needs updates.

I love staying here when I have to come to LA. It’s the only thing I enjoy about my trips there. 😂 beautiful hotel. Decent size rooms with tall ceilings, which help them feel larger. They were painting the beautiful ceiling during my trip. Amazing detail!

I love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. The lobby, the tea room, of course, are iconic. The rooms were clean and pleasant, high ceilings make them feel bigger than they are which is nice. I had a room on the 11th floor. The shower had no hot water. We called. They sent a guy up. He said he fixed it. He didn't. No hot water in the morning. It was like swimming in an unheated pool. Minor amenity issues - the iron didn't work and the coffee service had powdering creamer . I said, motel amenities at hotel prices. On a side note, the hotel had 2 large and extremely loud events so the beautiful lobby and tea room were less accommodating. One more sided note. The neighborhood, DTLA, had some fun bars, night spots, especially around Broadway, Spring, 5th/6th street with some good late night street food options. I love LA and am hopeful DTLA is coming to life!

Nice hotel, bad parking.
Hotel is nice, everyone is friendly and helpful and room was clean (except for the window, it was filthy) and comfortable. The parking is ridiculous, if you self park you have to drive to the top of the parking structure and there are only 3 handicap spots for this huge hotel. Not only are there only 3 handicap spots not one of them has room on side for helping disabled passengers get out of car. This is unacceptable, I won’t be returning because of this.

The valet and the hotel check-in attendant were efficient and pleasant. We were given water and macaroons upon arrival. A luggage attendant delivered our bags to our room. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The property is a bit older as some of the paint around the windows was cracked in addition to the closet and bathroom doors. Overall, I had an excellent stay and the staff as well as the decor made up for any property deficiencies.
