The staff at The Omni LA was above and beyond Excellent from the attendants that greeted my wife and I upon our arrival to the front desk clerks who treated us like family along with the housekeeping staff who pleasantly filled our every request .The room and the amenities were top notch our only regret is that we had to leave as our reservation ended. Property was in prime location for activities downtown LA. loved the car service that is built in to reservation. the pick up and drop off was great to have when attending activities with limited parking. didn't have to worry about getting my car from Valet each time I went out. front staff very attentive as well as other services. great hotel. would definitely stay again.
