Very nice place, the only chair in our room was a desk chair and it was broken, could of had another chair as there was enough room.

Room was not well cleaned. There were roaches walking inside the room. Dirty plates were found inside a room. Also, at the reception desk, there was no restrooms available for guests in case of an emergency.

The bathroom smelled like a chainsmoker was in there before me and the sealing on the door between rooms was so bad I heard what the guy next to me was watching until the early hours of the morning

I was here for a week and the staff was awesome! I was going to be here for a couple of days but excellent customer service is what made me stay longer for my trip. I look at customer service, how clean the place is and all. Everything was great!!!

The staff were friendly and efficient and the linens were clean that’s about all I can say nice about the place. The room was roach infested. We killed at least five. The floor was sticky, had not been mopped. The ice machine is not available til 830am which is inconvenient for travelers leaving early and the two restaurants closest to the hotel closed at 8pm and 9 pm which make it difficult for travelers arriving late. Wouldn’t recommend.

Run , and run fast. This place is infested with rodents, and roaches. If you want house keeping which, if you go to most Hotels they suppose to clean and give you clean towels. Nope! Not this place. They charge you $15.00 for them to clean their own place. There is no iron in the room. You have to rent the iron from front desk. Baymount by Wyndham Macon Georgia is very dirty. Believe me..My experience there was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. They are false advertising. The pictures of the hotel and rooms doesnt look like that at allllll. They operate as a motel. So beware.
